By purchasing and joining our Driven Publishers Elite program (hereinafter the “community”), described in detail on our product-page at https://drivenpublishers.com/application (hereinafter the “website”), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “Terms and Conditions” or “Agreement”) including our Disclaimer and Privacy Policy posted on our website at https://drivenpublishers.com/privacy-policy and incorporated herein by reference.

The term “you” refers to anyone who purchases the community, uses, visits, and/or views our website. Driven Solutions AB (“company”, “we,” or “us”) reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion at any time without notice, and by using our community, you accept those amendments. It is your responsibility to periodically check the website for updates.

Continued use of the community and website after any changes to our Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

INTENDED AGE

All information and content in the community and on our website are intended for individuals over the age of 18. By purchasing the community, you represent and warrant to us that you are over the age of 18 and can enter into these legally binding Terms and Conditions.

PRIVACY POLICY

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Your acceptance of our Privacy Policy is expressly incorporated into these Terms and Conditions. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AND TARGET AUDIENCE

Driven Publishers Elite (“DPE”) is a subscription-based online membership for self-publishers. Membership provides access to digital training, community resources, and live/replay sessions as described below. Access to all materials and communities is strictly contingent on an active, paid subscription.

Plans & Term

You may subscribe on either (i) a Monthly Plan at $197 per month, or (ii) a Semi-Annual Plan at $997 per six (6) months. Each plan auto-renews for the same period and price unless cancelled in accordance with the “Payment, Billing, and Cancellation” section. Prices are stated in USD and may be updated on renewal with prior notice.

Access Window

Access begins when your initial subscription is successfully processed and after you’ve signed our anti-piracy contract. It ends immediately upon expiry of your then-current paid term if not renewed. There is no grace period, continuation, or partial access after expiry. See Payment, Billing, and Cancellation for our 7-day renewal reminder and how to cancel.

Gradual Unlocks (Monthly Plan)

If you subscribe on the Monthly Plan, features unlock over time as follows (each “Month” below refers to consecutive months of active subscription from your start date):

  • Month 3: Niche and Positioning Masterclass; Mastermind Archive.
  • Month 4: The Power of Facebook Ads to Boost Book Sales; Scalable Test-Reader Reviews.
  • Month 5: Value Mastery; Paul’s AI Nuggets.
  • Month 6: Access to Mastermind Calls with Peter & replays of past sessions, Access to PublishElite software.

Immediate Unlocks (Semi-Annual Plan)

If you purchase the Semi-Annual Plan, you immediately unlock all features listed in the Gradual Unlocks schedule.

Catch-Up on Re-Join

If your subscription lapses or is cancelled and you later re-subscribe, your unlock schedule continues where you left off. You will however not receive retroactive unlocks for any months you were not an active member.

Scope & Exclusions

DPE membership does not include tickets to in-person mastermind events; members may be offered separate, discounted pricing for such events while actively subscribed (see “Community Membership and Access”).

Program Changes

We may update, add, remove, or replace course modules, bonuses, or resources from time to time.

NO REFUND POLICY

Our Policy. DPE is a membership with immediate digital access and live components. For that reason, all membership fees are non-refundable once charged—this includes initial purchases, renewals, upgrades, and plan switches. This helps us keep pricing fair for everyone and plan our live resources responsibly.

  • No Proration. We don’t offer refunds, credits, or proration for partial periods, missed sessions, or content you choose not to use.
  • Unlocks & Eligibility. The month-by-month unlock schedule (or immediate unlocks on the Semi-Annual Plan) doesn’t change refund eligibility.
  • Cancellations. You can cancel any time; your membership stays active until the end of your current paid term and then ends automatically. There are no refunds for the remaining days of a term after you cancel.
  • Non-Payment. If access is suspended for failed payments and you restore payment later, access resumes going forward; suspension time isn’t refundable or creditable.
  • Chargebacks. If something seems off with billing, please email support@drivenpublishers.com first—most issues are easy to fix. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may lead to access suspension.
  • A Note on Exceptions. While our no-refund policy is our standard and applies in nearly all cases, we understand life can throw curveballs. If you believe you have a genuinely exceptional, personal circumstance, reach out to support@drivenpublishers.com within 7 days of the charge and share any relevant details. At our sole discretion, we may offer a solution. Please note these are rare, case-by-case exceptions and aren’t guaranteed.

UNLOCK SCHEDULE & FEATURE ACCESS

Overview. DPE unlocks content and features over time to keep your learning focused and achievable. Access to unlocked items requires an active, paid subscription; if your subscription ends, all access ends immediately.

Monthly Plan Unlocks

From your join date, items unlock by consecutive active months:

Semi-Annual Plan Unlocks

If you purchase the Semi-Annual Plan, you immediately unlock all items listed above.

Program Updates

We may update, replace, or retire modules, bonuses, or resources from time to time.

Events Not Included

In-person mastermind events are not included in your membership. Active members may be offered discounted member pricing to purchase event tickets, subject to separate event terms.

MASTERMIND EVENTS (SEPARATE PURCHASE)

  • Not Included in Membership. Tickets to in-person mastermind events are not included with DPE membership.
  • Member Pricing. While your subscription is active, you may be offered discounted member pricing and early-access windows to purchase event tickets. Discounts and offers are promotional and may vary by event.
  • Separate Terms. Each event is governed by its own terms and conditions (including pricing, schedule, venue rules, transfer policy, and any health/safety requirements). You must review and accept those terms at checkout.
  • No Access Dependency. Event tickets do not grant access to DPE’s online membership, and your membership status does not guarantee event availability, capacity, or specific seating.
  • Program Changes & Force Majeure. We may change speakers, schedule, or format, or reschedule/cancel an event due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., venue issues, travel disruptions, illness, government orders). In such cases, remedies—if any—are as stated in the event-specific terms.
  • Refunds for Events. Event purchases follow the event-specific refund/transfer policy. The membership No Refund Policy applies to membership fees and does not control event refunds.
  • Recording & Media. Events may be photographed, filmed, or recorded. By attending, you consent to being recorded and to our use of such media in accordance with the event-specific media policy.

RECORDED GROUP CALLS & REPLAYS

  • Recording Notice. Our live community calls (including Q&A, Education, and Mastermind sessions) may be audio/video recorded. By attending, you consent to being recorded and to our storing those recordings for member use.
  • Member Access to Replays. Access to replays follows your unlock schedule (see “Product Description” / “Unlock Schedule & Feature Access”).
    • Monthly Plan: certain replays (e.g., Recorded Group Call Sessions, Mastermind Archive) unlock in later months.
    • Semi-Annual Plan: listed items unlock immediately except PublishElite, which unlocks only after six (6) months of membership.
  • Use of Snippets. We may select short excerpts (e.g., highlights, testimonials) for marketing or educational purposes. We aim to avoid sensitive information; if you have concerns about a specific appearance, email support@drivenpublishers.com and we’ll review in good faith.
  • Your Responsibility. Please avoid sharing private or third-party confidential information during live sessions. If you do, you acknowledge it may appear in the recording.
  • No Redistribution. Replays are for active members only. You may not download, repost, or redistribute recordings outside the membership.
  • Availability. We strive to publish replays promptly, but availability isn’t guaranteed for every session (e.g., technical issues, corrupted files, or speaker restrictions).

ONLINE PAYMENTS

All payments for Driven Publishers Elite are processed by our authorized reseller CopeCart US, which acts as the merchant of record. By completing a purchase, you enter into a payment-processing agreement with CopeCart, and your order is also subject to CopeCart’s Terms & Conditions presented at checkout. “CopeCart” will appear on your bank or card statement.

  • Security & Compliance. CopeCart and its licensed processors handle your payment information using industry-standard, PCI-aligned safeguards. We do not store your full card details on DPE systems.
  • Invoices & Account Management. Invoices/receipts are emailed by CopeCart and include a manage/cancel link where you can review charges, update payment methods, or cancel renewal (see “Payment, Billing, and Cancellation” for details). For help, contact support@drivenpublishers.com and we’ll guide you to the appropriate CopeCart flow.

COMMUNITY CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to cancel or modify the community at any time without notice. If any significant changes are made, you will be notified by a community post, email or a notice on our website.

COMMUNITY MEMBERSHIP AND ACCESS

  • Scope. While your subscription is active, you may access DPE’s members-only portals, discussion spaces, live weekly Q&A/Education calls, and the courses and resources that apply to your current unlock stage (see “Product Description”). Access is licensed, individual, and non-transferable.
  • Access Condition. Access to all communities, portals, courses, replays, and resources is strictly contingent on an active, paid subscription. If your subscription expires, is cancelled, or payment fails and is not remedied, all access ceases immediately after the end of your current paid period.
  • Events Not Included. In-person mastermind events are not included in membership. Active members may be offered discounted member pricing and early access to purchase tickets, subject to separate event terms.
  • Replays & Timing. Attendance at live calls and access to replays follow the unlock schedule set out in the “Product Description.” For Monthly Plan members, certain replays (e.g., Mastermind archive) unlock at later stages; for Semi-Annual Plan members, listed items unlock immediately.
  • Platform Changes. We may change, consolidate, or migrate community platforms (e.g., forum, LMS, or video host) without materially degrading overall functionality. Reasonable downtime for maintenance or migration may occur.
  • Fair Use & Security. You agree not to share login credentials, redistribute content, or enable non-members to access member areas. We may suspend or terminate access for suspected abuse, security risks, or violations of these Terms.

Recording of Group Calls

By participating in group calls within the Driven Publishers Elite community, you consent to the recording of these sessions. Recordings may be made available to community members for educational and reference purposes within the community platform. The Provider also reserves the right to make certain recordings or excerpts public, whether for promotional, educational, or informational purposes, unless the participant explicitly requests not to be included in public-facing content. If you do not wish to be recorded or included in public materials, please refrain from participating in these sessions.

DATA HANDLING AND SECURITY

Our services, including communications related to the community, are facilitated by the GoHighLevel platform, which complies with data privacy regulations. GoHighLevel’s Application-to-Person (A2P) 10DLC registration ensures compliance for SMS messaging campaigns. We may use SMS, email, and other forms of automated communication to provide updates and notifications regarding your community access. Messages sent via SMS include necessary opt-out options (e.g., “Reply STOP to unsubscribe”) as per compliance requirements.

All personal data collected, including name, email, and responses to our forms, is securely stored on servers managed by HighLevel Inc., 400 North Saint Paul St. Suite 920 Dallas, Texas 75201, USA (hereinafter “GoHighLevel”) or a designated service provider. This means that data storage and server operation are managed externally and adhere to the applicable data protection laws. Use of the platform is subject to GoHighLevel’s Terms of Service, available at https://www.gohighlevel.com/terms-of-service. You are responsible for ensuring that any data you upload or manage within the platform complies with relevant laws and does not infringe upon third-party rights.

In line with GoHighLevel’s policies, Driven Solutions AB reserves the right to suspend access to services if there is a reasonable suspicion that stored data violates laws or third-party rights. In such cases, you will be notified, and we will provide reasonable support for data retrieval before any final action.

As payment data is processed exclusively through Stripe in compliance with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard), your payment information remains secure. Upon termination of services, Driven Publishers will support data retrieval to help you retain copies of essential information, after which data will be deleted from GoHighLevel servers as required.

DATA & PRIVACY

  • Who is the controller. For GDPR and similar laws, the data controller is Klengone LTD (“we,” “us,” “our”). You can contact us at support@drivenpublishers.com.
  • What governs your data. Your personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy (https://drivenpublishers.com/privacy-policy), which explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and your rights. If anything here conflicts with the Privacy Policy, the Privacy Policy controls.
  • What we collect & why (summary). Typical categories include account details (name, email), billing identifiers (via CopeCart), usage and support logs, and community/LMS activity. We use these to:
    • deliver the membership you purchased (performance of a contract),
    • run our community, courses, calls, support, and security (legitimate interests), and
    • meet legal, tax, and compliance obligations (legal obligation).
  • Processors & transfers. We use reputable service providers to operate DPE—for example CopeCart US (merchant of record and billing), our email service, community/LMS platform, video hosting, analytics, and support tools. Some providers may process data outside the EEA. Where required, we rely on recognized safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect cross-border transfers.
  • Your rights. Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing. To exercise rights or ask questions, contact support@drivenpublishers.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
  • Security. We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
  • Community content. Anything you voluntarily post in member areas (text, audio, video, images) may be visible to other members according to the platform’s settings. Please avoid sharing confidential or sensitive personal information.
  • Changes. We may update our Privacy Policy and data practices; material updates will be communicated as described in “Amendments & Updates.”

PAYMENT, BILLING, AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

  • Plans, Pricing & Taxes. Membership is available on (i) a Monthly Plan at $197 per month and (ii) a Semi-Annual Plan at $997 per six (6) months. Prices are in USD and exclusive of any applicable taxes (e.g., VAT/sales tax), which may be added at checkout.
  • Auto-Renewal & Renewal Reminder. Each plan auto-renews for the same term at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will email you a renewal reminder 7 days before each scheduled renewal to the email address on file.
  • Invoices & Billing Processor. Payments are processed by CopeCart US (merchant of record). Invoices/receipts are emailed by CopeCart, and include a manage/cancel link.
  • Cancellation (How to Cancel). You may cancel at any time by clicking the cancel button/link in your CopeCart invoice/receipt emails. If you need help, email support@drivenpublishers.com and we’ll provide the appropriate cancellation path.
  • Effective Date. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of your current paid period and then ends automatically.
  • No Proration. We do not prorate or refund unused portions of a period (see “No Refund Policy”).
  • Failed Payments & Dunning (Standard Practice). If a renewal charge fails, we (and/or CopeCart) may:
    • attempt an immediate retry, then additional automatic retries over the next 7 days (e.g., on days 3, 5, and 7), and
    • send you payment-update notices. If payment still fails after the final attempt, access is suspended until a valid payment method is provided and the due balance is successfully charged.
  • Updating Payment Method. You authorize us/CopeCart to store and charge your payment method for recurring fees. You can update your method via the manage/cancel link in CopeCart emails or by contacting support for assistance.
  • Price Changes. We may change prices for future terms. Any change will apply on renewal and we’ll provide advance notice (separate from the 7-day reminder).
  • Billing Disputes. If you believe there is a billing error, contact support@drivenpublishers.com promptly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate access suspension.

USER RESPONSIBILITIES AND CONDUCT

By participating in the Driven Publishers Elite community, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, up-to-date information during registration and while your membership is active.
  • Engage respectfully and constructively with members, speakers, and staff; contribute positively to discussions.
  • Use your membership as an individual, personal license—do not share your login or allow non-members to access member content.
  • Respect intellectual property and privacy—do not copy, repost, redistribute, record, or scrape member content or replays (unless a download is explicitly provided).
  • Follow all applicable laws and community guidelines when using the platform and applying any strategies you learn.

We reserve the right to moderate content, and to suspend or revoke access (without refund) if these guidelines are not followed or if your conduct risks the safety, integrity, or experience of the community.

Lawful use only

Your access and participation must be lawful at all times. Any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate activities may result in immediate termination of access, without refund or reinstatement.

Account security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. Notify support@drivenpublishers.com promptly of any suspected unauthorized use.

Compliance with data privacy & IP

All uploaded content and activities must comply with applicable laws, including data protection and intellectual property. Do not share others’ confidential information without consent.

Prohibited activities include (without limitation):

  • Uploading or distributing malicious software (e.g., viruses, worms, logic bombs).
  • Sending unsolicited commercial messages or spam via the platform.
  • Attempting unauthorized access to any part of the platform or interfering with other users’ data or experience.
  • Recording, downloading, scraping, bulk-exporting, or redistributing member content, replays, or course materials except where explicitly enabled.
  • Any activity that could harm or impair the functionality, security, performance, or reputation of the platform or its members.

These rules help ensure a secure, respectful environment for everyone. Violations may lead to suspension or termination of access to the platform, consistent with our Terms.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & LICENSE

  • Ownership. All courses, videos, replays, documents, templates, community posts, software, and other materials made available through DPE (the “Content”) are owned by Klengone LTD, Cyprus or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
  • License to You. While your subscription is active, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Content for your own publishing business. No other rights are granted.
  • Restrictions. You may not (and may not permit anyone to):
    • share, resell, repost, publish, or redistribute Content outside your account;
    • record, scrape, download, or create derivative works from Content, except as expressly allowed by platform features (e.g., downloadable workbooks);
    • share your login or allow non-members to access member areas;
    • use our trademarks, logos, or brand assets without written permission.
  • Your Submissions. By posting in the community (text, images, audio/video, feedback), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and reproduce those submissions within DPE for operating and improving the membership (and to create anonymized, aggregated insights). You retain ownership of your submissions.
  • Third-Party Materials. Some Content may reference or integrate third-party tools, sites, or courses. Their terms apply and we are not responsible for third-party availability or performance.
  • Enforcement. We may suspend or terminate access for suspected IP infringement or misuse. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.

AFFILIATE DISCLOSURE & THIRD-PARTY LINKS

  • Affiliate relationships. From time to time, we may recommend tools, courses, software, or services using affiliate links. This means we may earn a commission if you purchase through those links—at no additional cost to you. We recommend only what we believe is useful; however, you should independently evaluate any third-party offering.
  • Third-party terms. Any third-party products, sites, or services you use are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We don’t control third parties and aren’t responsible for their availability, performance, pricing, or data practices.
  • Transparency. Where feasible, we’ll mark affiliate links or otherwise disclose affiliate relationships in context. If you have questions about a specific recommendation, contact support@drivenpublishers.com.

AMENDMENTS AND UPDATES TO TERMS

  • We may update these Terms. We may modify or replace these Terms from time to time to reflect product, legal, or operational changes.
  • Notice of changes. For material updates (for example, pricing on renewal, plan structures, access rules, or governing law), we’ll provide advance notice by email and/or community post. Non-material or administrative edits may be posted without a dedicated notice.
  • Effective date. Unless a different date is stated in the notice, updates take effect on (i) your next renewal for pricing/plan changes, or (ii) the posted effective date for all other Terms changes.
  • Your continued use = acceptance. By continuing to use DPE after the effective date, you agree to the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you may cancel before renewal (see “Payment, Billing, and Cancellation”).
  • Keeping your details current. Please ensure your email address on file is accurate so you receive notices.

DISCLAIMERS

  • Educational Purpose. DPE provides education, community, and tools intended to help you improve your publishing business. We do not guarantee any specific results, outcomes, or earnings. Your results depend on many factors outside our control.
  • No Professional Advice. Content, calls, replays, templates, and tools are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, or investment advice. Consult qualified professionals before making decisions for your business.
  • Third-Party Tools & Links. From time to time we reference or integrate third-party platforms, services, or resources. We don’t control or endorse third parties and aren’t responsible for their availability, performance, pricing, or policies. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.
  • Availability & Changes. We aim for high uptime and timely delivery of content and replays, but availability isn’t guaranteed. We may update or retire features and materials from time to time (see “Program Updates”).
  • Testimonials & Examples. Any testimonials, case studies, or examples represent one person’s experience and are not promises of what you will achieve.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • No Special or Indirect Damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages (including lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business interruption) arising out of or relating to your membership or use of DPE.
  • Cap on Direct Damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to your membership will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the membership fees in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
  • Allocation of Risk. The pricing of DPE reflects this risk allocation. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; if a limitation is unenforceable, our liability will be limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.
  • Third Parties. We are not responsible for third-party platforms, tools, processors (including CopeCart), or services referenced or integrated with DPE. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.
  • Your Responsibilities. You are solely responsible for your own business decisions, compliance, marketing, and financial outcomes. Strategies and tools provided by DPE should be evaluated in the context of your specific situation.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION & GOVERNING LAW

  • Talk to Us First. Most issues are quickly resolved by our team. If you have a concern, email support@drivenpublishers.com and allow us 30 days to work toward an amicable solution in good faith.
  • Governing Law. These Terms and your membership are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
  • Venue & Jurisdiction. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Nicosia, Cyprus for any claim or proceeding that is not otherwise resolved informally. Each party waives any objection to venue or forum non conveniens.
  • Injunctive Relief. Either party may seek temporary or preliminary injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its rights (including intellectual property and confidentiality) pending final resolution.
  • Consumer Rights. If applicable consumer protection laws grant you non-waivable rights in your country of residence, those rights are not limited by this section.

TERMINATION

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse, suspend, or terminate your access to the community at any time, without notice, for any violation of these Terms or any other behavior deemed harmful or disruptive.

MISCELLANEOUS

  • Entire Agreement. These Terms (together with any policies referenced here, including the Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and Klengone Ltd regarding DPE and supersede prior or contemporaneous agreements on the same subject.
  • Severability. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
  • No Waiver. A failure or delay to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
  • Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your membership or any rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms (in whole or part) in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of assets.
  • Force Majeure. We will not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, labor disputes, internet or hosting outages, cyber incidents, government actions, or other force majeure events.
  • Relationship of the Parties. Nothing here creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and us.
  • Survival. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including No Refund Policy, Intellectual Property & License, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Dispute Resolution & Governing Law, and Miscellaneous) will survive termination or expiration of your membership.
  • Headings. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

DEFINITIONS

  • “DPE,” “we,” “us,” “our.” Refers to Moliva Ltd (operator of Driven Publishers Elite).
  • “Member,” “you,” “your.” The individual purchaser with an active subscription and a personal license to access DPE.
  • “Membership,” “Subscription.” The ongoing, auto-renewing access to DPE under either the Monthly Plan or Semi-Annual Plan, subject to these Terms and timely payment.
  • “Monthly Plan.” A plan billed $197 per month, unlocking features over time according to the Unlock Schedule.
  • “Semi-Annual Plan.” A plan billed $997 per six (6) months. Unlocks all listed items immediately except PublishElite, which unlocks only after six (6) months of membership.
  • “Unlock Schedule.” The staged release of courses, resources, and features by consecutive months of active membership, as described in Unlock Schedule & Feature Access.
  • “Active Membership.” A subscription that is paid and not expired, cancelled, or suspended.
  • “Content.” All courses, videos, replays, documents, templates, community posts, software, and other materials made available through DPE.
  • “PublishElite.” Software referenced in these Terms that unlocks only after six (6) full months of membership, regardless of plan.
  • “CopeCart US.” Our authorized reseller and merchant of record that processes orders and issues invoices/receipts for DPE.
  • “Event(s).” In-person mastermind or similar gatherings that are separate purchases with their own terms and are not included in membership.
