The Turning Point

My journey into self-publishing began after a skiing accident shattered my dreams and left me searching for a new purpose. After working in various jobs, including a fish factory, and experimenting with different business models, I eventually discovered self-publishing through Amazon KDP. The freedom and potential it offered were eye-opening.

Within six months, I was earning $5,000 a month, but the journey wasn’t without its challenges. I briefly explored other business models, only to return to self-publishing, realizing it was my true passion. The business has since grown steadily, allowing me to enjoy the freedom and flexibility I always dreamed of. Today, my mission is to share this path to freedom with others, helping them achieve success through Driven Publishers.

My Journey to 7 Figures

My journey into self-publishing began during a time when I felt completely lost. After a devastating skiing accident at 16, I struggled to find my identity. I tried various jobs, from cleaning gyms to working in a metal factory, and even ended up in a fish factory—a soul-crushing 9-to-5 that left me feeling like a cog in a machine. The turning point came when I read The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari, which rewired my mindset and made me realize the importance of having a vision. I linked money to freedom and started exploring ways to achieve it.

Initially, I ventured into e-commerce with a web shop and even tried cold calling businesses. While these ventures taught me valuable lessons, they didn’t provide the freedom I craved. It was during this period of searching that I discovered self-publishing on Amazon KDP. The idea of creating passive income by publishing books online fascinated me. Within six months of starting, I was making $5,000 a month. However, my journey was far from smooth. I faced numerous challenges, including a six-month period where I strayed into other business models, only to realize that self-publishing was my true calling.

The resilience I developed during those tough times paid off. The business grew steadily year after year, even as the industry evolved with algorithm changes and new trends. My dedication to adapting and learning from each experience allowed me to build a seven-figure publishing business. Today, self-publishing has given me the freedom to pursue other passions, like renovating my home and becoming a personal trainer. But more importantly, it has allowed me to share this journey with others, helping them find their own path to freedom through Driven Publishers.
